How can an association submit news to GOB?
Email gob@mycdic.org with the organization’s legal/public name, country, a factual news summary, relevant dates, source links, a contact person and any images that may be published.

What to include
Submissions are easier to verify and publish when the supporting information is complete.
News summary
Explain what happened, when it happened, where it happened and why it is relevant. Avoid promotional superlatives and claims that cannot be verified.
Editorial text
Submit a clear factual text that is ready for editorial review. The newsroom may edit structure, headlines and supporting context before publication while preserving the substance of the submitted record.
Supporting material
Include source links, official documents where appropriate, and publishable images. GOB may resize or convert images for performance and may request additional evidence before publication.
Member admission news
When an organization is formally approved to participate in GOB, the dashboard automatically prepares a draft membership announcement. It remains private until an authorized editor reviews and publishes it.
Editorial boundaries
GOB will not present an association as a governmental body, diplomatic mission, MYCDIC branch or legally merged entity merely because it participates in the network.
