Each continental network develops according to admitted organizations, appointed leadership, applicable law and realistic programme capacity.
The Continental President leads the development of GOB Europe within the mandate delegated by the central GOB project structure. The role is operational and network-building in nature: it does not create governmental, diplomatic or autonomous legal authority.
Maintain structured contact with admitted organizations, understand their needs and ensure that participation remains useful and active.
Identify and approach credible associations, youth organizations and civil-society actors that may fit the GOB model.
Support the appointment and work of country coordinators, while avoiding duplicate or informal representation.
Identify institutions, universities, companies, foundations and experts that may support programmes or member value under approved partnership arrangements.
Report activity, risks, opportunities and network development to the GOB Director General and the relevant central offices.
Europe contains major Moroccan and African diaspora communities as well as dense university, foundation, civil-society and institutional ecosystems. GOB Europe is designed to turn that proximity into structured cooperation while keeping every participating organization legally independent and locally accountable.
The continental office should develop country-level networks, identify high-quality diaspora and local organizations, facilitate introductions where there is a credible fit and help member organizations understand relevant European opportunities without promising access, funding or institutional endorsement.
Organizations apply through the central membership process. Admission is based on eligibility, legal and contact information, institutional fit and the ability to communicate reliably. Continental leadership can support recruitment and onboarding, but it does not bypass the central review process.
Relevant opportunities can be circulated from central GOB offices, continental leadership, country coordinators and approved partners. Eligibility may depend on geography, theme, capacity, deadlines, safeguarding, partner conditions and other programme-specific criteria.
A Continental President or Country Coordinator represents the GOB project only within an expressly delegated role. Member organizations remain independent and do not acquire authority to speak for GOB or MYCDIC solely through membership.

The public continental directory will populate as organizations are admitted and approved for publication. GOB does not publish invented organizations or unverified membership claims to make a regional network appear larger than it is.
The objective is not simply to display countries on a map. A mature continental network should know its organizations, communicate consistently, develop responsible partnerships, circulate useful opportunities and create cooperation that can be followed through.
Maintain accurate information about active organizations, themes, countries, contact points, current needs and willingness to collaborate.
Connect organizations when there is a concrete reason to cooperate, such as a programme, research theme, exchange, training need, joint activity or relevant institutional relationship.
Continental growth should be based on credible local relationships and proper use of the GOB identity. Titles, logos and public claims should follow central governance and appointment rules.
Useful indicators include active organizations, completed introductions, programme participation, resolved member requests, partner benefits activated and documented cross-border cooperation, not only follower counts or nominal geographic reach.

Country and continental structures help organize recruitment, member relations, referrals and programme circulation while organizations retain their own legal identity and local ownership.
Continental Presidents are intended to coordinate development in their regions and support Country Coordinators. Names and portraits should be published only after formal appointment.
Public directories should contain approved information from admitted organizations. Developing countries should not be filled with invented members or inflated numbers.
Geographic structure supports coordination but should not prevent relevant cross-regional programmes or partnerships when eligibility and capacity allow them.

The Global Organization of Bridges develops within the institutional framework of the Moroccan Youth Council for Diplomatic and International Cooperation. The relationship provides GOB with its institutional home while the project focuses on structured cooperation, organizational development, network building and international engagement.
