How is the continental network governed?
GOB uses a layered coordination model in which the Director General oversees implementation, Continental Presidents lead development within their continents, Country Coordinators support national coordination, and approved organizations remain independently governed members of the network.

As GOB expands, a clear governance line becomes more important. The continental structure is designed so that organizations know who coordinates the network, who can make introductions, where country-level questions go and which decisions remain central.
Central project governance
Defines project standards, appointments, policies, institutional identity, central programmes, global partnerships and cross-continental priorities.
Continental President
Leads network development across the continent, coordinates country structures and reports through the GOB project hierarchy.
Country coordination
Develops local relationships, supports member contact and recruitment, and provides local context to continental leadership.
Member organization
Participates as an independent legal organization. Membership does not automatically grant a representative title or authority over other members.

Geographic structure supports coordination but should not prevent relevant cross-regional programmes or partnerships when eligibility and capacity allow them.
