A collective purchasing and partnership advantage for organizations.

GOB seeks partnerships with global and regional companies to negotiate preferential access for approved organizations and, where permitted, their eligible members.

Membership currently freeGOB Institutional NetworkOne network. More capacity.

Institutional support for Moroccan and African associations, organizations and aligned diaspora networks.

GOB Member Advantage

Reduce the cost of tools organizations already need.

A structured network can approach providers with a larger beneficiary base and negotiate nonprofit, education, community or network pricing.

How benefits are activated

1

GOB negotiates

An agreement is developed with an approved provider.

2

Offer is published

Countries, beneficiaries and conditions are defined.

3

Member verifies

The organization or eligible member completes verification.

4

Partner fulfils

The provider applies the agreed benefit under its terms.

Important: “preferential” is a maximum for selected offers, not a universal discount.

Member Advantage

A controlled framework for third-party benefits

The Member Advantage programme is intended to aggregate organizational demand and negotiate useful conditions with service providers. It is not a coupon marketplace and it does not imply endorsement of every partner product. An offer becomes usable only after GOB publishes the applicable provider, eligible users, territory, validity period and material conditions.

Organization-level offers

Services may be made available to the approved organization itself, such as software, training or professional support.

Member-level offers

Where a provider expressly permits it, selected benefits may extend to eligible individuals affiliated with an approved organization.

Control and expiry

GOB may amend or remove an offer if the provider changes its terms, the agreement ends or misuse is detected.

About discount percentages

No percentage should be treated as a standing GOB entitlement. If an active partner offer includes a specific discount, that figure will be published with the offer and its conditions.

Member value

Partner advantages are published with conditions.

A benefit can be organization-level or member-level, but eligibility, geography, duration and provider terms always matter.

Institutional support

Members can access guidance, templates or programme support related to governance, role clarity, planning, reporting, safeguarding, project documentation and professional presentation. The objective is to improve the organization’s own capacity rather than create dependence on GOB.

Digital capacity

Where available, GOB can support websites, professional email, digital communication, internal workflows and management tools. Technology is treated as infrastructure for reliability, not as a substitute for governance or responsible data handling.

Opportunities and introductions

GOB may curate calls, exchanges, training, events, grants and partnership opportunities, or introduce organizations to suitable peers, experts and institutions. External providers and counterparties always retain their own selection decisions.

Partner advantages

A company or service provider may offer pricing, credits, licences, training places or other benefits. A benefit is treated as active only when its provider, eligible users, territory and material conditions are known. No permanent percentage is guaranteed across all offers.

Benefits for individual association members

Some partner agreements may extend an offer to verified members of an approved organization. This only applies when the partner explicitly permits member-level access and any required verification process is completed.

Visibility and knowledge

Approved organizations may be eligible for directory profiles, media opportunities, research resources, peer learning or opportunities to present credible work. Visibility is based on relevance and accuracy, not automatic promotional entitlement.

What membership never guarantees

GOB does not guarantee grants, visas, travel, diplomatic meetings, government endorsement, partner acceptance, media coverage or a particular discount. These boundaries protect members as well as the project.

GOB Member Advantage in the wider GOB operating model.

This section adds operational context so the page explains not only what the subject is, but how it connects to membership, programmes, continental coordination, partnerships and institutional trust.

Membership is a relationship

Admission is intended to create a structured route to services, programmes, opportunities and network relationships, not simply a badge for public display.

What members can expect

Available support can include institutional resources, programme routes, opportunity information, relevant introductions and partner benefits when active and eligible.

What GOB expects

Members should keep information accurate, use the GOB identity responsibly, respect safeguarding and privacy rules, and avoid overstating titles or benefits.

Value over time

The strongest value can be cumulative: better systems, clearer institutional presentation, stronger readiness and more credible cooperation.

Institutional standard

Public information should remain accurate to current appointments, approved members, active programmes and signed agreements. Future ambition is presented as direction, not completed impact.
