How GOB continental presidents and country coordinators develop regional networks, support member organizations and report within the project structure.
The Continental President develops the network across the relevant continent, supports country coordination, identifies institutional priorities, encourages credible organization participation and reports through the project structure.
Country Coordinators provide a practical national contact point. They may support organization outreach, member communication and connection to programmes or continental priorities.
Regional leaders are expected to build participation without lowering eligibility standards. The objective is not to accumulate names but to develop a network that can communicate, collaborate and use services responsibly.
Regional titles do not create governmental, diplomatic or consular status. External representation must remain inside the mandate of the role and comply with the Public Representation Policy.
Regional leadership should be reviewed against communication quality, member support, responsible growth, programme participation and the reliability of reporting rather than headline geographic coverage alone.

This section explains how the public framework is expected to work in practice and how GOB protects clarity as the project grows.
A country or regional structure should begin with a real coordination purpose. GOB should be able to identify participating organizations, a communication route and responsible leadership before presenting the structure as active. This prevents empty pages from being mistaken for established national operations.
The layered model is intended to reduce confusion. Member organizations keep their own leadership, Country Coordinators handle national coordination, Continental Presidents oversee continental development, and the Director General connects the regional system to the wider operational structure.
Leadership and member directories should be based on current records. A public listing should not be created from an application alone, and a person should not remain displayed as active after the relevant appointment has ended. Publication must follow the applicable consent and representation rules.
The project should assess a network by communication reliability, member participation, programme usefulness and responsible cooperation. A smaller active country network can be more valuable than a larger list of inactive structures that cannot respond to organizations or external institutions.
The Global Organization of Bridges develops within the institutional framework of the Moroccan Youth Council for Diplomatic and International Cooperation. The relationship provides GOB with its institutional home while the project focuses on structured cooperation, organizational development, network building and international engagement.
